Default Intercooler fit question

Hiya, I was wondering if an intercooler from a 2001 wrx would fit a classic impreza?
I'm selling a Sanden SIC - TM 0020 intercooler and someone's asked on eBay and I wanted to be certain so I don't give the wrong answer!

Yes but it requires custom brackets, easy enough to fit guides.

See here : http://www.southeastscoobies.co.uk/v...hread.php?t=17

For the MY97/98 you would have to cut the Dumpvalve elbow off the old intercooler then cut/weld it onto the Newage intercooler, into the same location.
You have to perform this modification as the bolt-on dumpvalve of the Newage will fowl your idle speed control valve.
