Default Vulcan at Manston (for Vulcan enthusiasts)

Display not as stunning as at Hastings, but crosswinds put paid to much of the flying on the day!!

Nice

Hope you got there early, heard some news on the radio about people queuing for over 3 hours to try and get in.

We stayed in Pegwell Bay and walked to the airshow (about an hour) but worth it

We were walking past the cars for about 20 minutes of that, and that was before the roads were really bunged up. The 20 mins was walking round the airport perimeter!!

Fortunately it didn't rain, just very high winds, and the sun came out in the afternoon.
The place is not suitable for traffic ingress. That's why we went up Friday.
