Default Rpm reading

Typical as ever I've had the clocks out my v1 classic to wire a few extras in on putting the clocks back I managed to knock them so the neddle fell from the stop point and only noticed when starting the car .

Iv taken the clock out and the cover off putting the neddle back on its bump stop but now when I start it the idle shows at 0 and then revving it its 1000rpm out how do I fix this cheers

Adjust the needle when its running, find out the factory idle level when warmed up, and just line it up.

Be careful though, if there like newage clocks, they never go back in properly.
