po507 error code

hello again sorry to keeping putting up my problems every week .
I now have a error code po507 idle rmp higher than expected . any ideas where to start first or what to replace . my rmp is now 1000/1100 where it was at 400/0 before I cleaned the icv out . car runs perfect but just the light is on
