Being called a moron based on the comments of a man who took a 5 Series to Africa (the same man who bought a Ford GT40 rehash) is like being told you have extreme political views by Idi Amin.

As you rightly pointed out, the wagon has yet to put a foot wrong in their challenge. That'll be my rebuttal to any jibes sent my way.

Keep in mind that anyone who doesn't share Clarkson's opinion at any given point in time is apparently a moron.

Fact is though, the only car making good progress was the wagon and the only driver who appeared to be having fun was Hammond.

In the clip of what's to come next week it looked like the bonnet scoop gets replaced with the toilet seat though.

Looks like the Wagon has a bit of an accident and doesn't complete the journey hence Hammond being in with Captain Slow on the raft.

I want to know where the fuel tanker was that kept the Scoob supplied with fuel on such a long journey, I used mine for the 100 mile commute last week and what usually costs me about £15 in the Passat cost me nearer £40 in the Scoob

I reckon the wagon does make the journey otherwise Hammond will be in the ford Scorpio.

Possibly, although I'm only 31. I chose him because they started in Uganda.

A good episode but why do they always ruin the cars, be good to see it taken seriously as the North Pole challenge was (well in terms of car choice/setup) they really didn't need to put all that crap in the cars so they could sleep on them, a simple mattress and cooking kit would do.

Yes but would a simple mattress and cooking kit be as amusing and getting you talking / moaning about it??
