OBDII bluetooth,
Anyone using one of these?
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MakeTrack=true seems like a steal for 11 quid

Yeah I've used similar from ebay - think mine was around £20.
It works well with the Torque app on Android on my phone. The cheap scanners can be a bit hit and miss though... and slow... HTH J.

JDM is SSM, not OBDII.
Works for some codes, but generally no use I believe. The Bluetooth things are good value though, seen them used to good effect. |

SSM is Subaru Select Monitor, which is the protocol used on JDM Scoobs instead of OBDII.
The ports are the same. I believe the latest Torque app does support SSM, so you may be able to use it. |

From what I've read mate you need to get a different Bluetooth sender thing that can read SSM. Once you have one of those, should all work ok....
