What I want to know is, why can't you put your lottery numbers on right up to the draw?? Numbers can be processed in millisconds ! Why the half hour wait till the balls are drawn???
You can bet on the horses right up to the gates are open!


Fixed I think, they must look for the lowest and rarest combinations.
