Default after two years of ownership..

How have i never realised that it doesnt have a visible aerial..
I thought my attention to detail was very good up untill today..
Take it all of this age and shape dont have one mounted on the body.. all the classics iv owned have had in various places.and no im not blonde

same as that mate the state my car was in i thought it had been taken off! wouldnt have supprised me!

Mate I told you a WR1 is special.

Wherever you go the signal is beamed to the rear screen..



The heater in the screen doubles up as an aerial. I believe ?

you didnt notice because it lives in the garage 7 days a week you need to get her out and her more

Would make sense as the Wagon and Foz have the aerial in the "estate"windows.

Many have been known to think it was a heated element.

The rear screen has horizontal wire for heating and a vertical strip down the middle for radio..

Ariels made by Clarion, it's main box is under the plastic on the passengers rear quarter, got one still in the garage

Strangely some Bugeyes have aerials in the drivers door pillar while others have them in the rear screen.

Probably explains why I pretty much lose any radio station whilst I have the heated rear window on.
