Default 2.5 or 3 inch exhaust

Hi I'm crunntly running a 3inch down pipe with 2.5 type r centre and a 2.5 inch back the car is stage one and made 328bhp on dyno but inlet temp were playing up so wound it back to 316 to be safe I now fitting a fmic and pressure reg so the question is will the 2.5 be ok or restrictive will I be better of with a 3inch ?

As above, depends how far you plan to go, does the downpipe narrow to 2.5 at the exit to mate to the std system? If so it'll be a custom job or new downpipe.

Planing for 350-360 I'm that region, yes it narrows done to the standard system but I'd change it all for a true 3inch if its going to benefit,

So I should be ok with the 2.5 ?

As above 2.5" will be OK up to 400bhp,some people running them up to 450-500bhp without the slight issue
