Looks clean... Is it me or does ever add I read know days say no expense spared then is always followed up by saying cambelt and tensioners changed recently aswell... This is general maintainence surely !! It has to be done its not an extra as such that can be over looked from time to time( sure some do mind)

Morning rant over have a nice day people.

I believe it's been retro fitted with that gearbox mate, you and I share the need of an auto / tip box.

I would like to know more about it, but it's so far away.

Hold on, looked at this again, damn his description, it's a standard auto after all. Not tiptronic.

Probably from factory, not retrofit

Paul

If you will be looking for tiptronic 4EAT,look for bugeye, which can be easily converted into Hawkeye or vice versa

yes it is fine to run decat pre 95 on an imported vehicle, DVLA has no pre defined figures for them as there not UK spec models they also pre date the mandatory Catalytic converter date for imported vehicles.

Post 95 imports also have more lax emissions testing than UK spec cars as well, believe its 0.3 vs 0.16 or something like that (CO2) for say a 98 wrx or sti vs 98 uk turbo.

Take all this with a pinch of salt this is just my understanding an MOT tester with some knowledge on the subject might say different and the LAW in this department is changed every so often.
