I know that car. The original owner sold it 2/3 years ago.

Not my cup of tea. Too much going on.

Incredible spec list and looks like a "proper" build, but not my cup of tea either.

If we're buying expensive Imprezas then I'd rather save a few more quid and buy this:

That S5 is lovely, but I would be hard pushed to look past that Gobstopper Replica at RCM, owned by an Icelander who paid £250,000 on the build and would now take £60k for it. Only done two days on the pod in all of it's short life.

I'm interested what is it that people don't like about it, is it the bodykit which could be changed back to standard i think quite easy, or the colour maybe, i reckon give that a less in your face paint job and it would look the business, either way your still getting a lot of car for the money

He paid £250 to build it and wants 60K for it? He's having a laugh isn't he?

Anyone happen to get any pictures or seen any details online for this replica? Guess its impossible to say unless I actually had the money in my hand, though, purely for the history and historical significance I think I'd lean towards the S5...

...I'll wait until I see some details on the Gobstopper replica before I commit to my (hypothetical) decision above though!

Oh, this car?...

...I was expecting something GC8 based! Seen a few videos of this Blob before, no question its quick but, despite the huge cost involved its not a Gobstopper replica in my eyes (if this is the car in question).

My (fictional) money is staying on the S5!
