Default CEL - oxygen sensor

Hi folks, my check engine light has come on a few times (code 32) in the last 6 months since adding a forge dump valve. It normally shows its ugly little face while i'm cruising at 70 on the motorway, then a short blip of the throttle and the light will go out or if it doesn't, it will go within a few minutes. I had changed it back to the standard one for a month or so and never saw the light come back. Can a dump valve cause this fault or is it just a coincidence?
All pipes n that are done up tight and as far as i can tell, there are no boost leaks anywhere. I did notice yesterday that as well as the ptish noise from the dump valve, there is also another separate little chirp noise coming from somewhere. Also, coincidence?
