Default What size Tyres

Looking for some infomation on what tyre sizes are best for a classic which is lowered 35mm and on blob eye Sti 17inch wheels.

ive been searching lots but getting different results.

it seems to be between 205/45 215/40 or 215/45

when i had my rota grids with R888s in 215/45 they rubbed alot when pushing the car front and back and i dont want that again so what sizes would you guys surgest?

i always thought the wider the tyre the more grip you had but readin up old post on s'net people are saying you will get more body roll with a 215 than 205 tyre,

also found that the RB5 and P1's came with 205/45 as standard,

really confused but need to find out as dont want to spend 300 odd quid to find out there rubbing again

any surgestions would be greatfull thanks.
