subaru black paint

Hi all ive found a door im after in black but there is no knoledge of paint code mine is 18L which has a gold flake init, the fella selling says the door has a blue flake in the black paint does anybody have any idea of this paint?? the door come off a 2002 wrx sti bugeye fort id ask before i get stuck with a door that needs paint cheers

Its the wrong colour.

The black paint on the bugeyes was known as blue/black, code 08V. The blobeyes onwards were black with a gold fleck, different colour.

No worries, definitely worth checking as with these things getting the paint done is often more expensive than buying the part itself!

Yeah thanks again!! the price given to me for a dent and paint that in my eyes isnt necessary was way above the mark!! il just have to keep lookin cheers!!
