Default Slow boy racing

Decided after the rolling road day my car had more to give than the 285.6 bhp,so the car is currently with Neil @ slowboy racing having a map and a few other bits, can't wait to get it back!

Also spotted Jura is in for a engine build that sounds awesome!

Still waiting for my car to be returned , due to a few problems with hardware for mapping and me changing my mind and always adding bits.
Gone for a decat and straight pipe to a prodrive back box, map and a service.
Looking to add a set of defi gauges that I see in a white sti Neil is working on.
Absolute top bloke points you in the right direction!
Feels like Christmas has come early .

Lol, I know what you mean mate, i'm thinking of things i can do to mine before it goes off to JGM for its remap. Shy of a bigger turbo there's not a lot I can do though. Might put some GT headers on in preperation of going with a bigger turbo next year, will have to see. Heard nothing but good things about Neil and Slowboy Racing, bet you can't wait to get it back, especially with a good few more ponies unleashed

A 'Few Upgrades' is a bit of an understatement, don't you think?!haha. Read about your wagon in Jap Performance magazine, great stuff, very impressive mate.

I heard that Jura sold his engine and is now in for a new build !

I'm basically doing stage 1 ATM ready for the big turbo and front mount next year, not forgetting a decent clutch somewhere In between .

Due to a problem with suppliers my exhaust parts won't be with Neil till Monday now so I'm picking the car up tomorrow , to give it a good clean and go to the miss banzai tunnel run.

If all goes well my car should be done by next sat ready for the Essex scoobie tunnel run?
I'm inpatient as it is let alone when it comes to more power lol

Never ends does it mate! Where do you stop? I'll probably go front mount but I'll do it in stages so I have something more to do as I get 'used' to it each time. I've got a stage 2 Exedy in mine, left quads are huge!haha. Enjoy tonight and look forward to seeing your results early next week!

It was done before I bought it mate but the clutch was £600, not sure about fitting. Having said what I did about it, it may not actually be much, if any, worse than the standard one as its all I've known. Definitely heavier than a 'normal' car though!!

Just got home and to find my car nicely parked on my drive ( only cause I live opposite slow boy racing lol).
As soon as I put the key in and heard the new exhaust note I was happy!
Let the car warm up and then had a fast drive to the petrol station for more v power!
Car pulls so much more and just feels 100% better than standard ( even tho I was happy at standard)
Neil has worked wonders , just looking forward to my next upgrade !

Nice one mate. Did he dyno or Live map it?

This is where it all starts, haha. Not sure what i'll do with mine, definitely going bigger turbo next year, get to circa 400bhp, it's after that the big decisions need to be made. All about money really, 10-14k probably. IF i ever do decide to go forge, it may well be in another car, quite fancy a white Hawk......
