Smile Alarm problem Help..

Hiya
i have a problem with my Alarm,though not all the time,i have 2 Remotes for the Alarm,its a Clifford G4/G5 one remote gave up the Ghost about a week ago,and tried changing the battery etc,nothing worked,i have another remote,doesnt look the same as other remote,but does just about work,can anybody tell me can i Buy another fob for it??? and how do i code it to original alarm,as dont have original paperwork.. is there anybody on here that could do it for me ..

If this cant be done how much am i looking at to buy another insurance approved Alarm System ???

claires has a g5 on her car and it is a load of ****e, they have two different fobs because one is a basic remote for use only and the other is a programming fob, I have the manual for it but you will need the pin code for your alarm and that is usually written on your booklet.

i can pm you the name and details of a guy that fits all my alarms, hes a clifford installer and does other jobs too, top bloke
