Saw this was on and went back and watched episode 1 from last week, interesting seeing how the Japanese and Germans turned their engineering skills to cars after the war as they weren't allowed to work on weapons and therefore became the 2 biggest car exporters in the world. It was amazing seeing what the Japanese were turning out while we were still trying flog E Types and the yanks were trying to sell 4 ton Mustangs.

I've enjoyed both of these, and May is on form with his in-jokes. I didn't realise that Oz Clarke was one of the early Audi Quattro rally legends .

I wonder if James would like to buy a nice T25 for his collection?

Watched it last night, really enjoyed the whole program. Interested to hear him say needs to own one and he likes gold wheels, wonder how I can get in contact with him?
