Bloody hell.

I think Big Emp sums it up perfectly.

Very scary that he managed to get onto the track in the first place.

Hope they use the full force of whatever the applicable law is. Struggling to think exactly what that would be off the top of my head, but there are a few contenders!

Unfortunately, i doubt theres much they can do about it as it was on a private track. Trespassing maybe?

I'm all for cutting his hands off.

I'm lost for words, what a completely brainless idiot. I see he's come up with the favourite saying of todays youth "You only live once", well in his case it's going to be a very short life, I just hope he doesn't take anyone else with him when he goes.

she needs to dump him

she should have demanded to be let out of her car before they went on the live side on the pits really, so she could warn marshals etc

Not going to lie, I cried with laughter. You've got to have some audacity to do that. Very silly thing to do given what the consequences could have been (mainly for those in the polo) but nothing happened....apart from the poor sods racing had their time and effort wasted of course. Concerning how easy it was to get on the circuit though. Had they intended to cause harm, they could have done unchallenged.

The whole story makes my piss boil. A lot of the smaller circuit events have slightly more relaxed pit lane security which is brilliant for those of the crowd who are interested in seeing cars up close, this ****ing mong has pretty much guaranteed an end to that.

I'm glad to read they have arrested him and I hope they follow it through to conviction (though I have my doubts it will get that far).

Couldn't agree more. I expect it'll highlight the fact that the rear of the pits shouldn't be an accessible area to anyone who hasn't signed on for an event whenever the track is live, hence those who respect the events lose access as a result.

A Class One Prick.

You can expect modified live to be a different event this year as a result of this.. the relaxed attitude of these places and general accepting nature of many of the small circuits will undoubtedly change as a result of this.

The poor girl in the passenger seat (owner) clearly didn't want to be there!

I felt really sorry for the girl, admittedly she probably could have done more to stop him and probably thought he wouldn't really go through with it but she was obviously distressed (hence being arrested for false imprisonment). Hopefully she'll have nothing more to do with the little turd and his pathetic excuses for friends.

The reaction is absolutely gaurenteed to be something ridiculous. Why be proactive when you can just go well ott after something happens and make everybody suffer as a result. Seems to be the British way.

Indeed, they will make an example, when really it shouldn't have been allowed to happen, I mean who let a polo past the public car park! let alone into the area behind the pits, through the tunnel!

Exactly, should never have happened. It was an isolated incident in which nothing serious came of it yet will probably be treated like one of the worst atrocities the country has seen. Lessons need to be learnt for sure as it could have been very serious. Let's just hope they treat it for the incident it was rather than that it could have been.

The driver has started his own Facebook page...

https://www.facebook.com/pages/Full-...825698?fref=ts

...the content of it pretty much verifies what a ignorant, brain dead little mong the bloke is.

The 20 race teams are looking at a joint lawsuit to recover the £4000 race fee each. Bet he's not so cocky now!

I read a few lines on that here:

http://www.kentonline.co.uk/dartford...ndemned-18663/

"I am therefore looking at the legal possibilities of starting a combined law suit/class action against this moron to re-claim our race fees and costs as he ruined our race."

"With 26 teams or so in play at an average cost per team of say £4,000, then he could be looking at £104,000 plus legal fees in compensation."

I honestly think the CPS are likely to drop the case they have against him (he was arrested for "False Imprisonment" then bailed), but this seems much more likely to stick. I hope MSV/the teams properly **** him.

Possibly, although screaming like a banshee on the video and grabbing at the wheel made it fairly clear that she wanted nothing to do with it, even if it were the case that she egged them on initially.

I'm sure his response to the judge was "You're just a hater, YOLO". Bet he doesn't feel quite so smug now.

Only irritating thing is that we now have to pay for his food and accommodation for the next 8 months.
