Nice mate. I still remember when the 190E came out. They where so far ahead of there time on build quality. I would image that yours is still as solid as the day it left the showroom. Sadly I dont think Mercedes have been able to match that quality since.

My 190e is still just as good as when it came out the showroom. Only thing wrong is the paint is fading a bit on the bonnet.

There is a huge difference in quality between the 2. Shame, as the C-Class is the 190's replacement.

My dad has a 230E, The one bigger than the 190. That is as solid as the 190, and is becoming a classic too

My dad's 'little' baby....

Got to love the old and the new, they each have their own best qualities, the 190 really is a solid car and the kompressor has great performance and comfort, shame they couldnt remake the 190 and add the engine and interior from the kompressor

Was having a chat with lee yesterday just noticing that the 190 was way ahead of its time and some new cars have only recently started putting ideas from the older mercs in their cars, just goes to show how good the a car the 190 is.

Another good thing about the 190..... It's value is rising. Trebled in price the 3 years i have owned it

The Kompressor value has dropped a few hundred in the 6 months i've owned it

Speaking of which.... there is an Impreza and Fiesta ST here that could do with a detail. (and a Corsa if you really fancy a challenge)
