Anyone know roughly it would cost to get my alloys sprayed red?

A powder coar refurb is usually about £40 per wheel.

Wheel Worx are charging £60-£65 per wheel at the moment!

id use lepsons personally have two set that have been powder coated by them and there pucka!! just make sure you have the exact red you want and tell them..see if they have it, if not they will get pretty close to it!.
