Default Rear knocking

Getting a slight knocking noise from the rear on the blob so decided to do a investigation and have a look and feel in the rear inner arch where the jack sits and think I found the problem found this lot in the bottom of the inner rear arch lol

What the hell?

I used that inner rear arch to store a roll of duct tape, you never know when you're gonna need it!
