Default Any one know what these wires are for

Just doing a routine check of fuses lights ect and these 2 wires fell down from behind the fuse box, I have no idea what they are or where they go but really need to know where they are from as don't really want to drive the car if they are supposed to be connected. Any help would be very much appreciated.

That's what I originally thought midlife, but I connected a code reader to it when I found the wires and all worked ok, could be the reason I'm getting no codes though lol
