Hi all I have just brought myself a wrx sti eagle eye after many years admiring them.
I went to look for my internal fuse box at the week end and came across a key pad where the fuses should be any ideas what this key psd may be for also I have two front mounted hella fogs but don't seem to be working !
Would I be right to thing the front fogs are switched on when the rear ones are switched on cheers for any help

Front and rear Fogs run off two switches, both will be above the area where the keypad is.

The key pad is a back up for the alarm, ie if the fob dies ( hope you have 2 ) you unlock the car with the key, and de-arm the alarm using the 4 didgit pin code on the pad ( hop you have this too )

Also can be used for programing extra fobs should you ever need them, and turning on/off functions that are disabled for the UK

Welcome to SES. As already said there are two separate switches above the keypad. The keypad is a manual override for the alarm for which you should have a 4 digit passcode, plus you can use it to program how you want the alarm to work. Most sti's don't have front fogs as they have the fog covers with the Sti logo, unless yours maybe had them specified from new or added later.

Enjoy it and look forward to seeing some pics.

Launch should be a case of pull up, into neutral then into first , right foot to the floor and it should sit at around 4000rpm, drop the clutch and then head to the nearest garage for a new one lol.

Flat shift is what it says, you should be able to change gear without lifting off the gas pedal, but only when you are going flat out, it obviously wont do it poodling around town lol. You may find it also had auto throttle blip for down changes if its race com software. Thats certainly how all of mine worked though to be honest I never really used any of it.Maybe launched once, and the auto blip sometime cut in if I was in a hurry!
