Default Gutted

Well went Saturday to view a car all the way to Honiton in Devon. Liked the spec forged engine, low miles, full history 2 owners low miles and some other mods done to it to make it circa 345 bhp at the wheel.
Done deed the traveling was over 12 hours from door to door.

So today another long journey as I went to pick it up paid the money. On way home I filled up with some petrol later into the journey I noticed some smoke in Mirror, I continued and
Thought I was being silly but again noticed it.

I phoned up the owner and he said being it back to me and when I showed him he also agreed it was blue smoke.

Handed back my money and another long journey back.

So need to continue my search for a new toy.

Ouch, bad news indeed

At least you were able to get your money back, rather than the engine giving out a few weeks after purchase. Not that it's any consolation ...

Hope you have better luck next time

Look at it as a blessing as gutting as it is. You were lucky to get your money back.
