Default front window stabilizer guides

As there was a few scratches on drivers side window and hardly any on the passenger side thought i would change the stabilizer guides to save them getting any worse well think you could say they were deffo buggered.

And the point to my post is there any special stuff to help remove some or hopefully most of the scratches

Thanks
