Most years mine covers between 1 and 2k miles a year.
The only issue i had with mine was replacing tyres with 90% of wear left because they had cracked and perished.

As Big E said battery goes flat if left for more than a month.
In winter mine gets sorn and sits for 4 or 5 months.
