We are keen not to have any membership fee's for the club Its something that was discussed in the early days and the whole moderator / admin team decided it was not necessary, as Steve say's, "we like it that way":OK:

As has been said above, there is a donate tab at the top for anyone wishing to donate to the club. Donations ammount is left entirely at the members discretion and ALL monies go back in to the club. This works better than a membership in so much that, anyone can donate at anytime, so if money is a bit tight, you can still enjoy full site function as a participating member. You can donate as and when suits you and you can donate if you feel the club is worthwhile donating too.

Again as has been said, we use the monies for purchasing things to benefit the club and its members, we have already purchased new flags for the club.



We are currently looking into purchasing a printed gazeebo for use at the larger meets

The donate monies are collected via paypal and the monies are accounted for by 6 members (3 admin/ 3 moderators) None of which take anything from the club, other than their own enjoyment

Hosting of the forums is funded by the three admin and is NOT taken from the donate monies We would prefer for the club to grow and have better status at events for everyone to enjoy So we decided to fund the forums between ourselves and for ALL the donate monies to return to the club.

Advertisers on the forum are currently asked to make use of the donate tab too We prefer advertisers to participate on the forums and for them to offer discount and help to SES members. By using the donate feature advertisers also contribute to the items brought for the club.
