Check to see when the garage MOT'd it, if they changed the clocks in there possesion and then MOT'd it. I would see that as 'fraud with intent'.
If you can prove the garage changed the clocks and then MOT'd it. Have a word with them, and use words as above. They will then **** themselves if they have any sense and sort you out.!
But if you can't prove the MOT's and clocks were changed in the garages possesion you are fecked by the the disclaimer.
All I would add is.... 70K or 100K isn't that much difference TBH (Other than perceived resale value), a scoob will happily do big miles if its running right and serviced.
