Hi all,

Just found out my pride and joy has about an extra 30k on the clocks and had infact done over 100k miles on it rather than the 70k it had on the clocks when i bought it 6 months ago.

The trader i bought it from says theres nothing he can do as there is a mileage disclaimer in the office and on the receipt of purchase i signed.

No wonder i have had the turbo fail and now the massive engine failure aswell. So thats about £4,500 down the pooper....smashing

Just wondered if anyone knows where i stand on this or has anyone seen anything like this before? Am i likely to get any money back
