We have literally just been working on this today, unfortunately with christmas and work time has been short for a couple of us so its just running a little late.
The artwork files have been sent across to the printers today.
A new thread will be up later today or tomorrow which will have more details - hoping they'll be ready within a week or two at most.
I'm going to close this thread for now as I'd like to keep all calendar related talk in the new thread if thats ok
