Coil Packs, extra boost is blowing the spark out.
Try taking plugs out and narrowing gap to 0.65mm
Also remove the rubber cap from the end of the coil packs and check for cracks.
Sometime you can get away with plenty of layers of insualtion tape, then re-fit the rubber cap.
But most times you need new coil packs.
It doesn't sound like it's achieving full boost either.
The SC ECU should run 0.85bar to the redline (would probably read 0.9bar on a gauge). The SC ECU is basically a re-badged Z4 ECU from the WRX Saloon.
The ESL daughter board is likley to be mapped to 1.1/1.2bar.
So either the J1 Link resistor on the ECU board is not cut, so it runs the standard map instead of the ESL one.
Or
Your actuator is a bit loose
Or
You have a boost leak.
