No there isn't.... there's Citroen's WRC team, and 3 Ford teams (the works team, Stobart, and Munchis). Beyond that, there are no other WRC teams now that Subaru and Suzuki have gone, private or not.

Other cars competing are all in different classes, such as PWRC, JWRC etc. JWRC cars are limited to 1600cc and 2wd, PWRC are 4wd but are very close to the showroom cars that anyone can buy - certainly nothing compared to the WRC cars. At the moment, PWRC series is basically full of Imprezas and Evos.

Making WRC cars subject to the same restrictions as PWRC cars would massively slash costs, and make the sport more attractive to manufacturers. Problem is, current the big two WRC teams (Ford & Citroen) don't have a 4wd road going car they could use in rallying under PWRC rules!
