The French, German and Italian roads have alot better drivers on.
If you have someone behind you that wants to get a move on they move over irrespective of what speed you are doing.
There are too many
over here that think Im doing the speed limit and I'm going to sit in either the middle or outside lane.
Lanes 2 and 3 are meant for overtaking.
I have driven 1000s of miles abroad and its so much better.
