Default French memory re-lived!

Tonight I are mostly be eating........



....... Warm goats cheese with pesto, on griddle charred ciabatta drizzled with olive oil and brushed with a clove of garlic. topped with fresh pesto and served with rocket salad and baby plum tomatoes with olive oil and balsamic dressing.

I wondered if when I made it, it would be as good as the one in Lille....... and it was cracking!
