Done some reading on this, and seems to be just a case of cracking the 32mm hub nut with the wheel on the ground, then jack the car remove the wheel, crack the ball joint, then the hub can be moved enough to release the drive shaft at hub end. Then at the gearbox end there is a pin then needs to be driven out, and once done the drive shaft should then pop out the gearbox.

All sounds fairly straight forward and not too bad. But as ever no doubt when I go to attempt it, it will involve a club hammer and some brute force, and plenty of WD40.

I'm Going to replace gaiter with one of these universal stretchy cone type boots. So will be interesting to see how it goes. Will take few pics. I have a few from when I done the headers and some more when I done the rocker gasket so will post some up soon.
