The Vulcan's are legendary bombers. so i guess it's a cool subject to have as unofficial club emblem.

I have read Vulcan 607 which is the only one i've read about.

But after looking on the net i see there's only one left thats working? well i saw this article..
Restoration to flight of Vulcan XH558

XH558 performs its first post-restoration public display on 5 July 2008

Main article: Avro Vulcan XH558
The last airworthy Vulcan (XH558) has been restored to flying condition by the "Vulcan to the Sky Trust" after years of effort and fundraising. The first post-restoration flight, which lasted 34 minutes, took place on 18 October 2007. [44][45]
The aircraft now needs an urgent injection of funding by the end of February 2010, as maintenance work due in 2011 has had to be brought forward.

It'll be a shame if it cannot be restored! England is losing all it's good things... I guess the lottery would rather fund a few new youth hostel's instead?
