Default Re-enabling add ons like active x
For some reason, my internet explorer is now running with add-ons disabled. I can't therefore access youtube videos etc.

This is windows XP. I have tried programs-accessories-system tools. Also internet explorer -tools-internet options-progs. All I get is options to disable them. None allow them to be re-enabled

All programs are shown as "enabled" on the system.

Anybody got a quick fix?
