As per Banstead's comment, not sure if you assumed that this was a dodgy travelling mechanic in a van but Stuart at East Sussex Mobile Services is a Subaru-only specialist, and he's in your area. I've never had to use him but everyone I know who has is happy with his work.
I certainly wouldn't want to do the cam belt myself, and i'd want a receipt from a Subaru specialist that proves its been changed for the car's service history (a receipt that says you bought the cambelt kit doesn't prove it was fitted
)
Anything I don't feel doing myself gets done by Southern Motor Developments in Newhaven who are also Subaru experts, so that's another option.
