I agree that the safest thing would be to map it immediately. But I ran with the standard PPP map on the decat uppipe for 5 or 6 years with no problems at all (and the car gets plenty of stick as you know!). It went on the rollers a few times up at Surrey during that time and everything was fine. The uppipe cat doesn't do much really....

Of course, downpipe is a completely different matter, mapping definitely needed. As Mike is doing the downpipe too, then he'll need to map it for sure.
