Speak to BrianP1 on P1WOC, he's running 225/40 and they buzz the inner arch and you can hear it on his ring lap.
But then so do mine (less so on the P1 springs then the Teins).
It's more likely to be the 225 bit that causes the problem.
Run your hand up inside the rear arch, you'll feel the step/slope in it's profile that the wider tyre makes contact with.
