i've got no idea on the shape of the space we'll get given and if we can park in a nice formation etc or just in a line, but will bring a gazebo with us we can use if we want (might offer some shade if its a hot day too!).
Also have something up our sleeves for tea & coffee during the day if we're hanging around the stand for any decent length of time
