Cut it just below the seam/spot welds so you end up with a little top hat cover.
Then trim the rear where the semi-circle bit for the exhaust pokes through at an angle to allow the bellmouth to fit.

You then end up with 1 screw in at an angle near the intercooler and two screws at the rear to bolt it onto the bracket on the turbo.

If you want to pop down with it, it may be easier to just point at it and show you.
