Just spent half an hour reading that thread. Hope the guy takes it to appeal and the county court decision is overturned, or the insurance company review their actions and drop it.
Does not set a good precedent re: 'negligence'. How long before we have the same issues as the Nurburgring regarding dropped fluids and personal injury? At the very least, it lets people think they have a chance of getting money back after an incident with these damn 'no win no fee' solicitors and people start getting dragged through the courts.
