The presence of Meeke was one of the reasons I was following the rally so closely as it was going on. He was never going to win, but he was absolutely flying up until his roll, on pace with Hirovonen and way ahead of Sordo.
Damn shame he never finished, but there are already noises that he will get another Citroen factory seat later in the year.
I don't know if the TV coverage mentioned it, but brilliant drive from Keith Cronin as well.
