No, thats the original correct steering wheel. The STI logo'd ones started in 2003 with the blobeye.

As Mortster says, its a Prodrive edition STI, and worth quite a bit more than a WRX of the same age (unfortunately
). I actually think it could fetch closer to £5k if someone out there is after one. The car would break for way more than £4k.....
