Yep agreed
Glen fitted my Defis and wouldn't let me have the car back until everything was absolutely spot on. He even spent an extra hour of his time (that he didn't charge me for) conjuring up some extras fixings to make sure the centre pod was held down tight. Can't recommend them highly enough.
