The biggest bloody annoyance for me is, while I do understand the fact we have had 2 dry winters, we didn't before this. And because the water companies do not invest in their infrastructure, when the winters were wet, the stuff just ran away out to sea, instead of being stored. They are the ones that WASTE the water, we pay for it and don't get to use it.

One question for you all. We have all been told that we can't use water, so we don't. Have your water bills been reduced to reflect this?
