never owned newage so don't know for certain but I suspect you will need them. you can just push the top in as far as it will go and tighten the bolt like I did, but if you go for a full geo, you may as well get the rear camber bolts so they can set it propperly. (Normaly there is no rear camber adjstment on OE rear suspension AFAIK)
