For plugs, use NGK PFR7B's.
For oil, well... thats a bit discussion
Millers are a recommended top brand though.
Oil and fuel filters.... i personally just use genuine subaru for both. Replace the paper air filter with a panel filter from the likes of Green, Cosworth etc.
