I had a dealer try to say to me once that I had wrote off my front discs and pads 3 days and 200 miles after buying it. They also told me I was going to have to pay for them as they were ok when it left them and it was going to be about £500 for patten parts so found my own at about £200 from the same parts supplier that they used? So we came to an agreement on price had them do the work then didn't pay out of princapal as it had done 200 mls in 3 days!!!
